He took a new career direction as a recruiter.His strong business development and relationship management skills soon saw him rise to Partner level of Japan-based recruiting firm, Optia Partners where Chris specialised in recruiting legal professionals for multinational companies, primarily in Tokyo, but as well as other Asian centres.Chris became the in-house legal head-hunter in Tokyo. He believes it’s because of his strong cross cultural understanding and Kuuki Yomenai (KY). What does this mean?
